Budleigh community site (Seachange)
The hospital at Budleigh Salterton was transformed into a charity-run community site in 2018. It is run by local charity Seachange, which also gives the site its name.
Seachange provides a range of services, such as NHS outpatient appointments, GP services, exercise classes and space for community gatherings, not just for the people of Budleigh Salterton, but for the wider East Devon community too, including Woodbury, Exmouth, and surrounding villages.
