Sustainability and environment
At the 麻豆影视, we strive to be a leading NHS Trust and advocate for the important sustainability agenda.

Together with your help, we can become a greener hospital and create a better future for our planet.听
More about sustainability and our Green Plan:
In 2022, we launched our Green Plan, which outlines our commitment to meet long-term sustainability goals:
- 2030 - reduce our carbon footprint by 80%
- 2040 - achieve Net Zero by removing more carbon from the environment than we produce
Not only are we focused on making a difference within the Trust, but we are committed to improving the well-being of the communities we serve by partnering with local organisations to create wider, positive changes that promote sustainability in our community.
This includes helping to make Exeter, one of our key areas, a carbon neutral city by 2030.
Sustainability is about making sure that we can meet our needs today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
To do this, it requires better management of resources such as energy, water and food; better understanding of the impacts of development on our environment; and more efficient use of technology to reduce emissions and pollution.
